Technical Sales Representative
ReapAir Compressor Services, a division of Inter-Power Group, is located in Burlington, Ontario. Specializing in industrial compressors, components, service, and maintenance, we provide reliable compressed air solutions and peace of mind to our customers across Ontario.
We are always interested in connecting with motivated and results-driven professionals for our Technical Sales Representative role across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.
About the Role
The Technical Sales Representative plays an important role in driving business growth by representing ReapAir’s products, services, and values to both existing and prospective customers.
Working closely with our internal Service, Parts, and Operations teams, you will help deliver strong customer relationships, high service quality, and long-term client success.
This position reports directly to the General Manager, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the industrial compressed air sector
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions for customers
- Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and future business requirements
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms in alignment with company guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the Service and Parts teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems
- Attend client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and other customer-facing events as required
- Support the Sales team in achieving broader company goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical, industrial, or service-related environment
- Experience in compressed air systems, rotating equipment, industrial equipment, or mechanical sales is considered a strong asset
- Strong understanding of industrial and commercial customer needs
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
