We provide our customers with the opportunity to maximize the energy efficiency of their compressor systems through two programs: the Energy Efficiency Program and the “Save on Energy” Incentive Program. A third program we offer is for the detection of air leaks in facilities that make use of an industrial air compressor.
Air leaks within your facility result in decreased productivity and efficiency. Not only is it important to have a technician repair an air leak if you do find one, you should also have your facility inspected to find and repair leaks that you are not able to detect on your own. Participating in our Air Leak Detection Program is a great way to ensure that your facility, and the industrial air compressor systems on which it depends, is running as smoothly as possible.
How the Program Works
Our licensed technicians are trained to use ultrasonic leak detection equipment to inspect your facility. We use this equipment during our walkthrough of your facility as a non-invasive means of leak detection; it also allows for a speedier audit process.
It’s in your best interest to have a professional perform an audit of your compressor systems, as they will be able to identify the precise location of any air leaks and provide a detailed report of their findings. Our technicians can provide this report within 10 business days of the audit; it will include an estimate of the air leak flow, costs associated with air leaks and estimated savings to be gained from repair or maintenance services. You can trust our technicians to repair any compressed air leaks in your facility to maximize the efficiency of your compressor systems.
How You Benefit from Air Leak Detection
Those who do not invest in the maintenance of their industrial air compressor, even after long-term use, may find that a significant percentage of their compressor’s air output is, in fact, the product of air leaks. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to find a compressor in an industrial facility with 20-30% of its output stemming from air leaks, which can be costly. A leak that is a half-inch in diameter can cost a facility around $13,000 in just one shift operation. All facilities can avoid this type of expense by having air leaks repaired as soon as they arise.
